Terms and Conditions
These simple terms apply to stays at Li Ranci, a privately rented apartment in Golfo Aranci. The exact booking price, dates, cancellation conditions, and any deposit are confirmed in writing for each reservation.
Booking
- A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it in writing and, where required, any deposit or external platform confirmation is completed.
- The guest making the booking must be an adult and is responsible for the apartment and the people staying with them.
- The apartment is for the confirmed guests only. Parties, events, and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
Payment and cancellation
- Payments are handled by external payment or booking providers. We do not store payment card data on this website.
- The cancellation policy is the one stated in the booking confirmation or on the external booking platform used for the reservation.
- Any tourist tax, security deposit, cleaning fee, or extra service will be shown or agreed before confirmation.
Guest details and local duties
- Guests must provide the details required for local registration, tourist tax or statistical duties, and the communication to the Questura through the official Alloggiati Web channel.
- If required information is not provided, the stay may not be possible because these communications are legal obligations for accommodation in Italy.
During the stay
- Please treat the apartment as a private home: keep it in good condition, respect neighbours, and report any damage or problem as soon as possible.
- Check-in and check-out times are those confirmed for the booking. Late check-out is possible only if agreed in advance.
- Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the house information provided for the stay.
External services
- Some services, such as payments, booking platforms, maps, transport, or local activities, may be provided by third parties under their own terms.
- We are not responsible for interruptions or changes to third-party services outside our control.
