Li Ranci is a private apartment in Golfo Aranci. We keep guest information to the minimum needed to answer requests, manage a stay, and complete the communications required by the Comune and the Questura.
What we collect
- When you send a booking request, we receive the details you provide: name, email, phone if added, stay dates, number of guests, and your message.
- For confirmed stays, we collect only the guest details required for local registration, tourist tax or statistical duties, and the Questura communication through the official Alloggiati Web channel.
- The booking request system may temporarily store basic technical details such as IP address and browser information to receive the request securely and prevent abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not set cookies on this website.
- We do not use advertising trackers or profiling tools.
- We do not sell guest data or use it for unrelated marketing.
- We do not store payment card details. Payments, when needed, are handled by external payment or booking providers under their own terms.
How long we keep data
- Booking enquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and manage the request. The current site setup automatically removes booking request records after 90 days.
- Guest registration details are kept only where required for legal, accounting, tax, public security, or local authority obligations.
Who receives it
- We share guest details only with the authorities and services required for the stay, including the Comune and the Questura where applicable.
- External payment or booking providers receive only the information needed to process their own service.
