A bright two-bedroom in the heart of Golfo Aranci, a short walk from the harbour and the coves. The south-facing balcony catches the morning sun, with the bay just above the rooftops. Li Ranci is Sardo for "the crabs" — the little ones that dart between the rocks at the water's edge, and the old name of this stretch of coast.

Three rooms, one south-facing balcony.

A 75 m² apartment — two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, and a single bathroom — on a calm residenza. The balcony faces south, with a glimpse of the sea above the rooftops. Sun on the balcony from mid-morning to sunset, sea wind in the afternoon.

The balcony

Hung off the south side: a small table for four, two chairs, and the whole bay laid out in front of you. Coffee in the morning sun, aperitivo as the light goes soft. The view runs from Capo Figari to the islands of Tavolara and Molara.

Two minutes from the harbour, a short walk to the closest cove, and the whole sweep of the bay laid out from the balcony — from Capo Figari's cliffs to the islands of Tavolara and Molara.

How do I get to Golfo Aranci?

The closest airport is Olbia (OLB), 20 km south — about 25 min by car or taxi. There is also a direct train from Olbia central station to Golfo Aranci (~30 min). From the port, ferries from Livorno and Civitavecchia dock 4 km away in Olbia.

Where do I park?

The apartment doesn't come with a private spot, but free street parking is easy to find within 100 m for most of the year. In the busiest weeks of August it can take an extra circle of the block — never more than 5 minutes.

How close is the beach?

The closest beach is Terza Spiaggia, about 150 m from the door. Cala Moresca is a ~3 km walk along the headland. Spiaggia Bianca, Cala Sabina and the other coves are a short drive.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry — pets are not allowed at the apartment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days the full amount is due.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. The apartment is fully keyless — all you need is your phone. You receive the access link the day of arrival in your private guest area.
